MARK's Story
MARK is from New York, New York. He graduated from Herricks High School in 1969.
He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.A., Biology, 1973) and received his M.D. (1977) at University of Buffalo.
He completed his surgical residency at the affiliated hospitals of the University of Buffalo (1977-79) and then returned to NYC to complete his training as Chief Resident in Urology at New York University Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (1979-83).
A board certified urologic surgeon, he was the founding, senior partner and CEO of a busy five man group - he retired in 2009.
He and his wife now live in State Colle...Expand for more
ge, PA (Penn State) and they have two (English) bulldogs and a very vocal Eclectus parrot.
MARK & DENISE have two grown children and two grandaughters.
Their daughter received her Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health and she is a Senior Scientist in Epidemiology at the Population Council in Manhattan; their son works for an annuities corporation in Michigan.
MARK remains a gigging jazz, rock and country music drummer and his avid interests include nature-, landscape- and macro-photography, photo editing, pistol, shotgun & rifle marksmanship, restoring 19th century straight (cutthroat) razors, fountain pens & calligraphy.
